Terms of Service | PIDS Booking

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and booking services with Pineapple Inc. Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, agents, vendors, and visitors utilizing our media production platform.

2. Services and Delivery

Pineapple Inc. Studios specializes in providing premium property media, including HDR photography, videography, aerial (drone) footage, and floorplans. Delivery timelines (e.g., next-day turnarounds) are estimates and commence from the completion of the physical property shoot. We reserve the right to reschedule due to highly adverse weather conditions that impede the safe operation of our equipment.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed via our digital booking system. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time. Late cancellations or failure to prepare the property resulting in a canceled shoot may incur a partial fee to compensate for reserved operational time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment obligations for selected packages and optional add-ons will be dictated at the time of invoicing. Unless otherwise established via an active commercial agreement, payment is due upon final delivery of media assets.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, Pineapple Inc. Studios grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to use the delivered assets to market the specific booked property. Pineapple Inc. Studios retains the primary copyright and the right to use the generated media within its own promotional portfolio, websites, and social media channels unless explicitly negotiated otherwise.

6. Property Readiness

To ensure the highest quality results, clients agree to ensure the property is fully styled, cleaned, and appropriately accessible for the scheduled duration of the shoot. Pineapple Inc. Studios operates independently of property cleaning and heavy staging logistics.
